Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by The Universal Notion are digital downloads — Notion templates delivered instantly via Gumroad. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are generally final.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your template, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it or issue a refund.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

— You were charged but did not receive access to the template.
— The template contains a technical error that makes it unusable and we are unable to fix it.
— You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

We do not offer refunds if:

— You changed your mind after purchase.
— You do not have a Notion account to use the template.
— The product did not meet your personal expectations after accessing it.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at theuniversalnotion@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

All transactions are processed by Gumroad. In some cases, you may also be able to request a refund directly through Gumroad's support. Please review Gumroad's Refund Policy for more information.
